The primary specification of the waypoint coordinates is degrees, minutes, and seconds

No changes to the control points for the 2023 NSW State Comps, per Allan Barnes 14 October 2023. Control point filenames end in "2", for 2022, the year of the latest changes.
Airspace updated and airspace files end in "3" for 2023.

Warning: Don't rely on the landing fields being serviceable
Some definitely are not. Use normal precautions when selecting a site for outlanding.
