The onscreen map changed from JPEG to PNG format and
to black on a white background. Apollo,BorgeltJoey, G7toWin, and Tasknav files can
optionally not be alphabetized. The default for the Zander
files changed to not rename the start and finish points, and to not
alphabetize the control points. The numerical short name in the
StePla2 format aligned so that sorting on the short name
yields the numerical order. The collection of all of the formatted
files zipped together has been renamed to be xxxx_all.zip.
