*- Oslo and Farris TMA and CTR's were reorganized as of Apr 7th, 2011.
*- As a result, an improved border between Norway and Sweden is inserted
*- Lista TMA and CTR removed (does no longer exist)
*- Kjevik and Røros TMA and CTR corrected
*- Two areas with low ceiling around Røros TMA added.
*- Competition Area updated with new Norwegian border.
*- Danger area Halsemoen and Fjellhaug removed (do no longer exist)
*- Wave windows for Vågå, Frya and Dagali taken out.

*Major changes in 2008:
*- The roof of the competition area are now harmonized with AIP / ENR of 
*  March 2008, most importent new hights up to FL 135 in some areas.
*- Due to scoring options, the danger areas that _can_ be open or closed 
*  have been moved into separate files.
*- Danger areas names have been changed to the actual name and heights 
*  have been corrected.
*- R167 and R168 have been removed, as they no longer exist.
*- Oslo, Kjevik, Rygge, Torp and Røros: 
*  TMA and CTR has changed size in AIP / ENR
*- Notodden, Sogndal and Sørstokken
