National Landmarks of Soaring


This is a "beta" version for testing and comment, and contains only a first hack.   Please send along any corrections and suggestions for improvement.


The landmarks program is maintained by the National Soaring Museum and descriptions of each landmark are available on the NSM WWW site, as well as a slightly upated version.

"Purpose: To identify and memorialize sites, individuals, or historic events related to the national history of motorless flight; and in the process collect, preserve and interpret documents and materials related to each approved Landmark."
